Gaggenau BL253

This just screams ninja…the Gaggenau BL253 lift oven. LIFT OVEN!!!
So, the cats over at Gaggenau created this gem of a kitchen appliance that combats wasted counter space, introduces a simpler and easier cooking interface to users, and adds precautionary safety measures [in the phalanges-to-heat department] all in one refined design . An excerpt from K+BB magazine explains further:
With a glass ceramic base that lowers for convenient access, the 18-cu. ft. oven can be integrated into a run of upper cabinets or mounted on a wall…In addition, the [BL253] comes with 11 heating modes for pro-style cooking, and pizzas and breads can be baked directly on the surface of the base.
MY NINJA, PLEASE!!! I’m really feeling this design. Not only is it super-ninjary, but its intelligent design and sweet features makes the BL253 even more worthwhile. No wonder it received K+BB’s Most Innovative design award [December 2007 issue].

Man, what an incredibly cool appliance! Leave it to Gaggenau to come up with a lift oven that’s so cool looking as well as space saving.
It’s one of the lines I’m thinking of adding to my store.
